  "text": "In regulation 30—\n(a) in paragraph (1), for “This”, substitute “Subject to paragraph (1A), this”;\n(b) after paragraph (1), insert—\n“(1A) This regulation does not apply to a credit institution in relation to an insolvent bank customer where regulation 30ZA applies.”;\n(c) after paragraph (7), insert—\n“(8) In this regulation, “insolvent bank customer” has the meaning given in regulation 30ZA(5).”.",
