# The Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Amendment) Regulations 2026, Regulation 28: Amendment of regulation 50 (duty to co-operate)


In regulation 50—
(a) in paragraph (1)(a), after “the Treasury”, insert “, the registrar”;
(b) in paragraph (1)(b), after “supervisory authorities”, insert “, the registrar”;
(c) after paragraph (4), insert—
“(4A) A reference to the registrar in this regulation is to the registrar of companies within the meaning of section 1060(3) of the Companies Act 2006.”.
