(a)

after sub-paragraph (d), insert—

“(dza)

regulation 30ZA (insolvent bank customers);”;

(b)

after sub-paragraph (g), insert—

“(ga)

regulation 34A (enhanced customer due diligence: cryptoasset exchange providers, custodian wallet providers and correspondent relationships);”.
