  "text": "The functions of the FCA under this Order are to be treated as functions conferred on the FCA under the Act for the purposes of—\n(a) paragraph 23 (fees) of Schedule 1ZA to the Act, and\n(b) paragraph 25 (exemption from liability in damages) of Schedule 1ZA to the Act.",
