# The Mortgage Credit Directive Order 2015, Paragraph 3: The Consumer Credit (Agreements) Regulations 1983


In regulation 8 of the Consumer Credit (Agreements) Regulations 1983 (application of regulations), in paragraph (1A)(b) after “regulations” insert “other than residential renovation agreements”.
