# The Motor Fuel Price (Open Data) Regulations 2025, Regulation 10: Means of provision of information under this Part


The aggregator must establish, make available and maintain at least the following facilities, for the purpose of enabling motor fuel traders to provide the reportable information—
(a) an online portal,
(b) a telephone number for the receipt of short message service text messages,
(c) an automated telephone system enabling provision of information by means of voice or keypad input, and
(d) an application programming interface.
