  "text": "(1) The CMA is not liable in damages for anything done or omitted to be done in the exercise of functions conferred on it by these Regulations.\n(2) Paragraph (1) does not have effect so as to—\n(a) remove liability for an act or omission which is shown to have been in bad faith, or\n(b) prevent an award of damages made in respect of an act or omission on the ground that the act or omission was unlawful as a result of section 6(1) of the Human Rights Act 1998.",
