# The Motor Fuel Price (Open Data) Regulations 2025, Regulation 3: Aggregator


The aggregator is a person appointed by the Secretary of State to carry out the functions of a third party recipient and an interface body which are conferred on the aggregator by these Regulations in relation to the business data required to be provided by motor fuel traders in accordance with these Regulations.
