# The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) (No. 5) Regulations 2021, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) (No. 5) Regulations 2021.
(2) These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.
