  "text": "Draft Order in Council laid before Parliament under section 1(5) of the Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) Act 1952 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nRoad Traffic\nMade 2022\nComing into force 2022\nAt the Court at Windsor Castle, the day of\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nA draft of this Order was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 1(5) of the Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) Act 1952 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 1(1), (2)(b) and (4) of the Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) Act 1952 as extended by article 14(1) of, and paragraph 16 of Schedule 5 to, the Northern Ireland (Modification of Enactments—No.1) Order 1973, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered as follows:–",
