  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 118(2) and (3) of the Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Act 2023, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nMoveable Transactions\nMade 2025\nComing into force 1st April 2025\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(7)(c), 50(4) and 119 of the Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Act 2023 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with sections 118(2) and (3) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
