# The Mutual Societies (Transfers) Order 2009, Article 15: Issue of statement or summary to members


(1) Regulation 3 of the 1998 Regulations (transfer statements) applies in relation to a relevant transfer with the following modification.
(2) After paragraph (1) insert—
“(1A) Any such transfer statement shall also give particulars of the matters specified in Part 5 of Schedule 1 to these Regulations.”.
