In this Order—

  • “the 1986 Act” means the Building Societies Act 1986f1;

  • “the 1998 Regulations” means the Building Societies (Transfer of Business) Regulations 1998f2;

  • “the 2007 Act” means the Building Societies (Funding) and Mutual Societies (Transfers) Act 2007.
