Article 4 Amendments to general exceptions to matters

In that Part of that Schedule, paragraph A1 is further amended as follows.

In paragraph (13)(c) under the heading “Highways and transport” for “Council Regulation (EEC) 1191/69 as amended by Council Regulation (EEC) No 1893/91 on public service obligations in transport” substitute “Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council on public passenger transport services by rail and by road”.
