Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Welsh Language) Order 2009.

(2)

This Order shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

(3)

In this Order “the 2006 Act” means the Government of Wales Act 2006.
