  "text": "(1) Part 2 of Schedule 5 to the 2006 Act is modified in accordance with this article.\n(2) For paragraph 6(2) substitute—\n“(2) Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply to—\n(a) sections 20, 22, 24, 35(1), 36(1) to (5) and (7) to (11), 53, 54, 78 and 156(2) to (5); or\n(b) paragraph 8(3) of Schedule 2.”",
