In regulation 3 (general interpretative provisions)—
(a)
in the definition of “basic hours” for “21(5)” substitute “21(3)”;
(b)
in the definition of “performance bonus” for “21(6)” substitute “21(8)”; and
(c)
at the appropriate place insert ““salary premium” has the meaning given in regulation 21(9);”.
