Regulation 2 Amendments to the National Minimum Wage Regulations 2015

The National Minimum Wage Regulations 2015^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 4(1) (national minimum wage rates)—

(a)

for “£6.50” substitute “£6.70”;

(b)

for “£5.13” substitute “£5.30”;

(c)

for “£3.79” substitute “£3.87”;

(d)

for “£2.73” substitute “£3.30”.

In regulation 16(1) (amount for provision of living accommodation) for “£5.08” substitute “£5.35”.
