The National Minimum Wage Regulations 2015^f1are amended as follows.

In regulation 4A(1) (workers who qualify for the national minimum wage at a different rate)—

(a)

for “£8.36” substitute “£9.18”;

(b)

for “£6.56” substitute “£6.83”;

(c)

for “£4.62” substitute “£4.81”;

(d)

for “£4.30” substitute “£4.81”.

In regulation 16(1) (amount for provision of living accommodation) for “£8.36” substitute “£8.70”.
