# The National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999 (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2004, Regulation 4: Amendments to the Principal Regulations


In regulation 13 of the principal regulations (workers who qualify for the national minimum wage at a different rate)—
(a) in paragraph (1), for “£3.80” substitute “£4.10”;
(b) after paragraph (1) insert—
“(1A) The hourly rate of the national minimum wage is £3.00 for a worker who has not attained the age of 18.”; and
(c) in paragraph (2), for “£3.80” substitute “£4.10”.
