  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 51(5) of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament\nTERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT\nLaid before Parliament in draft\nMade 2001\nComing into force 1st May 2001\nWhereas a draft of the following Regulations was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 51(5) of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 3 and 51 of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998, hereby makes the following Regulations:—",
