# The National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999 (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999 (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 1st October 2006 immediately after the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 come into force.
