  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 51(5) of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nTerms And Conditions Of Employment\nMade ***\nComing into force 6th April 2015\nA draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 51(5) of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.\nThese Regulations are made by the Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(3) and (4), 2, 3, 9 and 51(1)(b) of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998. Section 9 of that Act is extended by section 5 of the Agricultural Sector (Wales) Act 2014, section 3A(1) of the Agricultural Wages (Scotland) Act 1949 and Article 8A(1) of the Agricultural Wages (Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 1977.",
