# The National Minimum Wage Regulations 2015, Regulation 58: Work does not include work relating to family business


“Work” does not include any work done by a worker in relation to an employer’s family business if the worker—
(a) is a member of the employer’s family,
(b) resides in the family home of the employer, and
(c) participates in the running of the family business.
