Article 13 The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2008

In regulation 3(1) (interpretation) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2008^f1 for the definition of “National Scenic Area” substitute—

• ““National Scenic Area” means an area designated by a direction made by the Scottish Ministers under section 263A of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act  1997;”.
