# The National Scenic Areas (Consequential Modifications) (Scotland) Order 2010, Article 3: The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984


In section 22(1)(b)(ii) (Traffic regulation for special areas in the countryside) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 for the words from “under” to “1972” substitute “by a direction made by the Scottish Ministers under section 263A of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997”.
