# The National Scenic Areas (Consequential Modifications) (Scotland) Order 2010, Article 4: The Overhead Lines (Exemption) Regulations 1990


In regulation 3(2) (exemptions from section 37(1) of the Electricity Act 1989) of the Overhead Lines (Exemption) Regulations 1990, for the definition of “National Scenic Area” substitute—
““National Scenic Area” means an area designated by a direction made by the Scottish Ministers under section 263A of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997;”.
