  "text": "(1) The Environmental Impact Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 1999 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).\n(2) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “sensitive area”, for paragraph (f) substitute—\n“(f) a National Scenic Area as designated by a direction made by the Scottish Ministers under section 263A of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997;”.\n(3) In regulation 55(a) (interpretation), in the definition of “sensitive area”, for paragraph (d) substitute—\n“(d) a National Scenic Area as designated by a direction made by the Scottish Ministers under section 263A of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997;”.",
