# The Natural Resources Body for Wales (Consequential Provision) Order 2013, Article 10: Audit: removal of functions of Auditor General for Wales


Functions under sections 46(4) and 49(3) and (4) of the 1995 Act, so far as exercisable by the Auditor General for Wales, cease to be exercisable by the Auditor General for Wales.
