# The Natural Resources Body for Wales (Consequential Provision) Order 2013, Article 12: Abolition of the National Committee for Wales


(1) The 1967 Act is amended as follows.
(2) In section 2(3), for “England, Scotland and Wales” substitute “England and Scotland”.
(3) In Schedule 1, in paragraph 7(2), omit “or Wales”.
