Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 97(2) of the Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025 (c. 34), for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(2)
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 73 (1), 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 97 (4) and 98 (2) of the Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025.
In accordance with section 97 (2) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
