  "text": "(1) After Natural England receives a payment against a relevant amount, surcharge or interest for a relevant development, it must give a written acknowledgement of receipt to every liable person and the person who made the payment.\n(2) An acknowledgement of receipt under paragraph (1) must include—\n(a) details of the relevant development;\n(b) the unique reference number issued by Natural England for the request to pay;\n(c) the name of each liable person;\n(d) the name of the person who made the payment;\n(e) the date of payment;\n(f) the amount of the payment;\n(g) if the payment is against a relevant amount—\n(i) the adjusted payment amount;\n(ii) the outstanding amount of the relevant amount and, if different, the outstanding levy amount;\n(iii) whether interest is accruing on the relevant amount;\n(iv) any amount of a surcharge or interest still to be paid in relation to the relevant amount;\n(v) whether liability to pay the relevant amount is discharged;\n(h) if the payment is in relation to a surcharge or interest—\n(i) the amount of the payment;\n(ii) any amount of the surcharge or interest still to be paid;\n(iii) whether liability to pay the relevant amount to which the surcharge or interest relates is discharged.",
