Regulation 46 Levy recoverable as a debt
(1)
The levy is recoverable as a debt due to Natural England.
(2)
In any proceedings to recover a relevant amount as a debt, the amount of the debt includes—
(a)
the outstanding amount of the relevant amount,
(b)
the additional amount, if any, which must be added so that, if the amount of the debt were a payment, the adjusted payment amount would discharge liability to pay the relevant amount, and
(c)
all surcharges imposed or interest accrued in respect of the relevant amount, if any.
