These Regulations bind the Crown.

(2)

But regulations 35 to 38 do not apply to the levy liability of persons responsible for administering property belonging to His Majesty in His private capacity.

(3)

In paragraph (2), the reference to His Majesty in His private capacity is to be construed as including a reference to His Majesty in right of His Duchy of Lancaster and to the Duke of Cornwall.
