# The Nature Restoration Levy Regulations 2026, Regulation 60: Service of documents on the Crown


(1) Where a notice or document is to be given or sent to the Crown under these Regulations, it must be given or sent to the appropriate Crown authority.
(2) In paragraph (1), “the appropriate Crown authority” has the same meaning as in section 227 of the Planning Act 2008.
