# The Neighbourhood Planning (Referendums) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 19: Amendments to the 2012 Regulations


In Schedule 6, in the Appendix of Forms, for Form 1 (form of invitation to register), Form A (voting registration form) and Form B (voting choices form) substitute the corresponding forms in Schedule 4 to these Regulations.
