  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“the 2012 Regulations” means the Neighbourhood Planning (Referendums) Regulations 2012 and, unless the context otherwise requires, a reference to a numbered regulation or Schedule is to the regulation or Schedule so numbered in the 2012 Regulations;\n“information statement” has the meaning given by regulation 4(3)(a) of the 2012 Regulations; and\n“referendum period” has the meaning given by regulation 2 of the 2012 Regulations.",
