# The Neighbourhood Planning (Referendums) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 27: Amendments to the 2012 Regulations


In Schedule 7, in rule 41 (sealing of receptacles), in paragraph (1)—
(a) omit sub-paragraph (b); and
(b) in sub-paragraph (d), for “spoilt and lost” substitute “spoilt, lost and cancelled”.
