Paragraph 32 The Local Authorities (Conduct of Referendums) (England) Regulations 2012

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “relevant election or referendum” after sub-paragraph (f) insert—

“(g)

a referendum held under Schedule 4B to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990,”.
