  "text": "Order made by the Department of Finance and Personnel, laid before the Assembly under Article 45(1) of the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977, for affirmation by a resolution of the Assembly\nRATES\nMade 8th November 2000\nComing into operation 1st April 2001\nThe Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 45(1) of the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—",
