  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 180(7) of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nSenior Courts, England And Wales\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nThe Lord Chancellor, with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 92(1) and (2) and 108(6) of the Courts Act 2003 (“the 2003 Act”) and section 180(1) of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (“the 2014 Act”).\nThe Lord Chancellor has had regard to the matters referred to in section 92(3) of the 2003 Act and in section 180(3) of the 2014 Act and has consulted in accordance with section 92(5) and (6) of the 2003 Act.\nA draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 180(7) of the 2014 Act.",
