# The Non-Contentious Probate (Fees) Order 2018, Article 12: Transitional and saving provision


The Non-Contentious Probate Fees Order 2004 continues to have effect where an application described in column 1 of Schedule 1 has been received by the Principal Registry or a district registry before the coming into force of this Order.
