  "text": "On 1st April 2023—\n(a) the following local government areas are abolished—\n(i) the district of Craven;\n(ii) the district of Hambleton;\n(iii) the borough of Harrogate;\n(iv) the district of Richmondshire;\n(v) the district of Ryedale;\n(vi) the borough of Scarborough; and\n(vii) the district of Selby; and\n(b) the district councils are wound up and dissolved.",
