  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Northamptonshire (Electoral Changes) Order 2013.\n(2) This Order, with the exception of articles 4 to 7, comes into force—\n(a) for the purpose of proceedings preliminary or related to the election of councillors, on the day after it is made;\n(b) for all other purposes, on the ordinary day of election of councillors in 2013.\n(3) Article 4 comes into force—\n(a) for the purpose of proceedings preliminary or relating to the election of councillors, on 15th October 2013;\n(b) for all other purposes, on the ordinary day of election of councillors in 2014.\n(4) Articles 5 to 7 come into force—\n(a) for the purpose of proceedings preliminary or related to the election of councillors, on 15th October 2014;\n(b) for all other purposes, on the ordinary day of election of councillors in 2015.",
