  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 7(4) of the Northern Ireland Act 2000, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nNORTHERN IRELAND\nCONSTITUTIONAL LAW\nMade 2004\nComing into force 2004\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by paragraph 1(4) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000 hereby makes the following Order:",
