Article 5 Amendment of Article 6 of the 2001 Order

In article 6 of the 2001 Order for paragraph (1)(b) substitute—

“that member—

(i)

did not belong to a registered party at the time he was returned; and

(ii)

had given a notice in accordance with article 6A to the Officer; and”.
