  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 96(2) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nNORTHERN IRELAND\nMade 2001\nComing into force 2001\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament;\nAnd whereas I have, in accordance with section 7(1) and (2)(h) of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000, consulted the Electoral Commission about these Regulations;\nNow, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 34(4) and 35(1) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998, I hereby make the following Order:—",
