# Northern Ireland Negotiations (Referendum) Order 1998, Article 7: Time


In calculating any period of time for the purposes of this Order and any provision applied by this Order the following days shall be disregarded—
(a) Saturday or Sunday, and
(b) a day which is a bank holiday under the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971 in Northern Ireland.
