  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 4(2) of the Northern Ireland (Entry to Negotiations, etc) Act 1996 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nNORTHERN IRELAND\nMade 1998\nComing into force 1998\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;\nNow, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 4(1) of the Northern Ireland (Entry to Negotiations, etc) Act 1996, I hereby make the following Order:—",
