  "text": "For the purposes of section 45(6)(a) of the Energy Act 2008, the designated technical matters are—\n(a) the construction and maintenance of an interim store; and\n(b) any activity preparatory to the decommissioning of a relevant nuclear installation and the cleaning up of the site.",
